The Shark Series® Model N818 Sewage Grinder Pump is designed to pump raw sewage in a sewage application.  Solids are cut into a slurry using the industry proven “scissor like” Tri-Slice® cutter technology.  This includes a rotating cutter cutting against the stationary cutter plate reducing solids down to 1/8″. The 115 Volt, 1 HP, Model 818 utilizes a vortex impeller.

The N818 should use a control panel and control switches allowing it to turn the pump on when called upon.  The Model 818 is constructed with a cast iron body, enabling it to withstand the most demanding sewage ejector applications.  The pump’s identification tag, handle, and hardware are made of high-quality stainless steel preventing rust and corrosion. Everything about the pump is designed in a way that allows it to hold up in the toughest sewage conditions.
