Our Simplex Pivot Control Panel for 115/200/230 V, 1 Ph lift station pump applications ranging from 7-15 Amps.  Now you can get Zoeller quality in the whole system by pairing our pumps with our highly featured Pivot Control Panel.

This panel is designed to operate one pump. The panel enclosure is NEMA 4X so it is able to be used outdoors and will withstand a variety of weather conditions.

For example, this panel detects and prevents problems to a far greater degree than regular panels.  Alarms are built-in for bad components.  Additionally, the use of microchip technology and logic allows for a long list of standard features.

The Pivot Control Panel is capable of detecting, reacting, and notifying of problems with float switches. The benefit is that, unlike other panels, a pump can still turn on even when a float is bad. The panel can also detect bad components like contactors, overloads, seal fail circuits, etc.  This means a warning is provided before the failure results in property damage.

The Pivot Panel also has a selection of Modes including Auto, Hand, Service Off, and Permanent Off.  The Service Off Mode allows you to prevent a pump from running during service.  After 4 hours in Service Off, the audible and visual alarms will activate.  This notification reminds the user to return the panel to Auto Mode.  This selection of mode options is ideal for anyone servicing a lift station.

Additionally, the Pivot Control Panel has a simple interface, can be modified for most applications, and with so many features in a single panel, stocking has never been easier.
