The Shark Series® Model EX841 Sewage Grinder Pump is designed to pump raw sewage in a sewage application.  Solids are cut into a slurry using the industry proven “scissor like” Tri-Slice® cutter technology.  This includes a rotating cutter cutting against the stationary cutter plate reducing solids down to 1/8″. The 230 Volt, 2 HP, Model 841 utilizes a vortex impeller.

The EX841 requires the use of an intrinsically safe control panel and control switches allowing it to turn the pump on when called upon.  The Model 841 is constructed with a cast iron body, enabling it to withstand the most demanding sewage ejector applications.  The pump’s identification tag, handle, and hardware are made of high-quality stainless steel preventing rust and corrosion. Everything about the pump is designed in a way that allows it to hold up in the toughest sewage conditions.
