Product Returns

In order to receive credit for a Warranty claim you must have a F&W issued Return Authorization Number (RA#) which will be issued once the claim is submitted. No credit will be issued without one so take note of your RA# once one has been issued.

The length of warranty on pumps and pump systems is one year from the date of purchase, however an extended warranty is available on most products. For more information about your warranty, contact your F&W dealer. NOTE: we offer 90 day warranty on repair parts.
