The Model 138 Crawl Space System is designed specifically for tight or restricted spaces with pooling water and poor drainage. The 1/2 HP pump helps prevent the accumulation of moisture, fungus and odors commonly found in residential crawl spaces. The perforated basin and solid lid keep large debris from entering the pit, eliminating maintenance.
