Product Details

Our 24″ x 48″ fiberglass basin is an essential component for a lift station.  It is designed to be buried flush-to-grade.  Fiberglass basins are normally used outdoors but can be used indoors.  The lift station basin is commonly used to collect unwanted water.

The 24″ x 48″ basin comes with a solid fiberglass cover.  The cover is rated for 300 pounds per square foot.  Additionally, it holds up well in sunlight and the damage normally caused by UV light.

A hole saw can be used to drill holes for the inlet, discharge, and vent pipe connections.  A pipe seal package is included with this basin.  It includes (1) 1-1/4″ seal, (1) 1-1/2″ seal, (2) 2″ seals, and (1) 4″ pipe seal.  The pipe seals prevent foul odors from escaping.

The anti-flotation device helps anchor the basin at the base.  This is important feature in a high-water table.  It prevents hydraulic pressure from lifting the basin out of the ground.
